🧾 Terms of Use & Purchase Policy – CoAcademy

1. Age Restriction

Purchases and participation in workshops are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above. Completing a purchase on the website constitutes confirmation that the buyer is of legal age and fully responsible for the transaction.

2. Cancellation Policy

The buyer is entitled to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date of payment, under the following conditions:

A. Recorded Workshops

A purchase can be canceled within 14 days from the date of payment, provided that the buyer has not watched more than 5% of the workshop content. If this percentage is exceeded, the product is considered consumed and non-refundable.

B. Live Workshops

The buyer may cancel within 14 days from the date of payment, as long as the scheduled live workshop date has not passed. After the live session takes place, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

C. The Golden Path Program

Subscription cancellations are allowed within 14 days from the date of payment, provided that the participant has not completed 100% of the open workshops included in the program. Once all workshops are completed or full progress is achieved, the program is considered fully consumed and non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval (excluding processing time by the customer’s credit card company) using the same payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees.

4. Delivery Policy

Access to recorded workshops is granted immediately upon successful payment, or within a maximum of 24 business hours. In cases where a recorded workshop is newly launched and still pending its first live session, access to the recording will be provided within 3 business days after the first live broadcast. For live workshops, the participation link will be sent via email 24 hours before the scheduled time. All services are digital; no physical products are shipped.

5. Responsibility & Content Warranty

CoAcademy guarantees the functionality of all recorded workshop videos for at least 3 years from the date of purchase. In the event of a technical issue preventing access, an alternative link or new access will be provided at no additional cost. The website is not responsible for issues caused by poor internet connections or unsupported devices. All educational materials are protected by copyright and may be used by the purchaser only.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

CoAcademy is committed to maintaining the privacy of user data. Information is collected solely for operating the platform, tracking progress, and sending relevant updates. No data is shared with third parties except for payment or technical support purposes. All data is stored in secure and encrypted systems.

7. Acceptance of Terms

Completing a purchase on CoAcademy constitutes explicit agreement to all the terms in this document. The payment process cannot be completed without confirming the acceptance checkbox. These terms can be viewed at any time through the permanent link on the checkout page.
